But I&#039;m noticing some &quot;fat gains&quot;. I would like to get rid of that as soon as possible. I&#039;m just wondering how many calories should I cut? Should I go dramatic or only a little less? I&#039;m currently 5 foot 6 inches, 122lbs. I&#039;m a female and I&#039;m 23 years old.</description>
