Here&#8217;s the breakdown: JUMPING LUNGES (10 REPS) &#8212; Start in a wide stance, with one foot far in front of the other. Switch your feet by jumping and landing in a &#8220;lunge&#8221; position where your knees are bent and your quad and glute muscles are engaged. Repeat this for 10 reps. Be sure to keep your weight centered JUMPING SQUATS (10 REPS) &#8212; Start with your feet about shoulder width apart. Squat until your legs are bent at a 90 degree angle, then jump into the air as you come up. Repeat for 10 reps. ONE LEGGED HIP THRUST (10 REPS PER LEG) &#8212; Plant your left foot on the ground, bent at a 90 degree angle. Put your hands at your sides for balance. Keeping your right leg straight, thrust your right leg in the air by elevating your hips off the ground. Repeat for 10 reps, then switch legs and repeat for 10 reps on the other leg. I&#8217;m overweight, so I decided to change my diet and start to exercise, and I&#8217;ve been doing good, but for a few days, I&#8217;ve been getting light headed, I have trouble breathing, and my chest hurts and i feel tired and lethargic, and my arms start to tingle and hurt, and feel numb, this lasts for hours then goes away, it&#8217;s happened twice now, I went to the doctor and they said my heart and blood pressure was fine, so what is this?</p>

Hi I am 15 years old and I am quite toned and muscular around my pecs and arms but my abs are hidden by a little fat. Its not drastic but I just wanted to know the best protein and non-fat diet to reduce my stomach fat?</p>
<p>I also do do some abdominal exercise such as crunches, leg raise etc.!</p>
<p>So could you please list a few foods that are high in protein but low in fat!</p>

just to start off im a bit of a hypochondriac. i over worry about everything.everytime i read about a disease or sickness i start feeling like i have the symptoms and all kinds of stuff like that. so for the past 4months i havent really been too &#8220;active&#8221; i have online classes 4 college and i mainly stay home.i go out with friends here and there but usually im at home watching tv online etc.<br />
so i started to notice my legs would ache when i would jst lay around. so i started doing some simple exercises around the house and my legs felt 100% better..they fetl normal [= but i noticed when i dont do my exercises my legs act up again. do you think its lack of exercise and poor diet causing my leg pain? i dont have any other symptoms except neck pain sometimes but i think thats due to my very old mattress i sleep on.<br />
also can stress cause your body to ache and also for you not to act urself? i only feel down&#038;depressed when im alone when im with my friends i feel perfectly FiNE!!!<br />
by the way im 19years old 5&#8217;9 and i weigh about 260 =/<br />

Seated DB presses for overall mass, then side lateral raises for side delts, bent over flyes for rear delts, &#038; plate raises for front delts. For each exercise in this workout start off with 1-2 light weight warm up sets. Then do 3 heavier working sets of 10 reps for each exercise. Rest 1-2 minutes between sets. You should train your shoulders once a week. The deltoids come into play a lot during your chest workouts, back workouts, and arm workouts. So you don&#8217;t need to do direct shoulder training any more then once a week. I&#8217;m a bit frustrated, eating 1200 calories w/o exercise I was losing 1-2 lbs.  a week and even up to 3 lbs..  Now that I started exercising&#8230;&#8230;its slowed down to 0.5 lb.<br />
What&#8217;s happening..should I stop exercising?</p>
